    Aquapuncture

    Aquapuncture is the injection of small volumes of a sterile solutions, such as Vitamin B12, into acupuncture points using a hypodermic needle.


    The fluid distends the acupuncture point and provides sustained stimulation, effectively lengthening the duration of positive effects from an acupuncture treatment session.


    Aquapuncture is commonly used along with other acupuncture techniques including dry needle acupuncture and electroacupuncture. It can also be used as a stand alone treatment for pets that are too restless for a full conventional acupuncture treatment.
